At the start of 2021 we decided to convert the garage at Cwrt Yr Ala into two 3 bed houses to add to the estate. We have always felt like the garages were built too nicely just to house cars, so we were thrilled when we had permission to convert them!

We have been working hard on the renovations, and have made huge progress in the last few months. Our team of builders have been busy creating a luxury outdoor area in addition to the properties.
The Carriages will be finished to the highest standard and will feature Porcelenosa bathrooms and kitchens, top quality integrated appliances, open plan living and dining areas, bi-folding doors, spacious double bedrooms and dormer windows.

Our Interior Designer, Jamie will also be putting his stamp on these properties by compiling the finest fabrics, furniture and fittings. Jamie has worked alongside us on many projects including Tredilion Park and has recently designed a new bedroom and bathroom within the hotel and this gives an idea of the standard The Carriages will be once completed.
The outdoor area will feature beautiful stone paving with a seating/dining area, an open fire and a large hot tub, surrounded by olive trees and plenty of greenery.
The Carriages will be completed by the end of this year and we will be registering interest within the next few weeks.
