The origin of the building dates back to the mid-19th century, with many of the period features still in place on the exterior of the building with cloistered archways, arched windows and floral detailing.

During the initial stages of the Cathedral Parc development, a lot of thought went into how we could sustain a balance between the classic architecture and the modernisation for practical accommodation.
