Back in 1998, Emma Vidler launched Keylet from her bedroom in her University accommodation after realising there was a huge gap in the market for student lettings. Since then, Emma has excelled the company to where it is today and the company currently represent over £200 Million worth of Real Estate across Cardiff, The Vale and Penarth. Not one to shy away from change, Emma has adapted the business in-line with the climate and diversified to create Keylet Student, Keylet Executive and Key Executive Sales all under the 'Keylet' umbrella. 
Through Emma's 23 year property journey, Emma has assisted with a large number of large developments within Cardiff including Richmond Square and Empire House, which was home to the first £1m apartment to be sold in Cardiff Bay, sold through Keylet.
 
Emma is also the proud owner and developer of the Cwrt Yr Ala Estate which sits in the beautiful location of Michaelston-Le-Pit in the heart of Dinas Powys. The Estate is home to the main house, three luxury barn conversions, a gorgeous boat house and a beautiful lake house, all nestled amongst 50 acres of parkland and lakes. Serving as short term and holiday lets, these luxurious properties boast modern living, high- end finishing touches and the bonus of outside entertainment including hot tubs, a swimming pool and a tennis court. 
There is huge demand for rental of these properties and there is currently a waiting list of several months.

The Cwrt Yr Ala Estate is also now home to further accommodation, The Carriages. These properties are luxury three bed abodes finished to the highest standard and include the latest appliances and technology and showcase the latest ground source heating innovation. The Carriages were completed in late 2022 and were rented straight away by a Production Company for 12 months. 

Emma is also in the process of renovating a beautiful 17th century Manor House in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. Tredilion Park is currently under refurbishment to become a Boutique Hotel which can also serve as an Exclusive Hire Wedding Venue, Corporate Getaway, and a designated Filming and Location destination. The hotel will be finished to the highest standard, filled with luxury furnishings, elegant dining rooms and sultry bedrooms.
